GENERAL INFORMATION
WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?
We serve most of the Greater Pittsburgh area. Since we prefer building exceptional spaces over getting stuck in a tunnel or attempting to merge on a crowded bridge, we try to limit our commutes to about 30 minutes from downtown. That allows us to serve neighborhoods from Wexford to Upper St. Clair and from Moon Township to Fox Chapel.
CAN YOU DO _______?
The short answer is yes.

The long answer is that as a General Contracting company, our role is to schedule, coordinate, and supervise the entire construction experience from demo day to final touch-ups. We have a highly-skilled crew of craftsmen who can tackle just about any trade out there. For the more specialized trades--such as HVAC, cabinetry, electrical, etc.--we often rely on our team of subcontractors and vendors. No matter who is doing the work, though, our Project Managers ensure that each piece of the puzzle fits together seamlessly.
ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Of course! It almost feels silly to include this one because the answer should be obvious, but at the same time, I get it. There are folks out there who prefer to fly under the radar, but thankfully, that's not us. Our PA Home Improvement Contractor license number is PA#162572, and we are also licensed within the City of Pittsburgh. To protect your home while we work, we also carry a $1 million insurance policy through Erie Insurance.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM PROJECT SIZE?
We don't have an "official" project minimum. However, the smallest project we typically take on would be a full bathroom remodel. Occasionally, we have capacity for small filler projects, but we often refer those to some of our friends within the industry.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR PAYING IN CASH?
Unfortunately, no. Our projects range anywhere from $25k to $500k+. I don't know about you, but handling even just a 10% deposit of that in cash makes me feel anxious. And I bet the good folks at PNC would raise an eyebrow or two if I hand them a Briefcase of Benjamins after we install your cabinets.

All joking aside, our preferred payment method is personal checks. In the future, we will also have the capability to accept ACH transfers.
STARTING A PROJECT
DO I NEED TO HIRE AN INTERIOR DESIGNER OR AN ARCHITECT?
Although not mandatory, hiring a designer to collaborate with our company often yields significant benefits. We frequently partner with design professionals as their expertise can streamline the process and enhance project outcomes. Working with a designer ensures focused attention to design details, making it easier for us to adhere to timelines by promptly addressing specific design queries.
I KNOW WHAT I WANT, BUT I COULD USE A LITTLE ADVICE. CAN YOU HELP DO DESIGNS IN-HOUSE?
Absolutely! We offer design assistance as part of our renovation services. However, please note that there is a fee associated with this service, which will be included in our project quote. Our design support ensures that your vision is translated effectively into the renovation plans, resulting in a cohesive and tailored outcome.
DURING YOUR PROJECT
HOW LONG WILL THIS PROJECT TAKE?
The duration of the project can vary depending on several factors, including the scope of work, the size of the space, availability of materials, and any unforeseen complications that may arise during the process.

While we strive to complete projects in a timely manner, our priority is always to deliver high-quality results that meet your expectations. To provide you with the most accurate timeline, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your project and outline a detailed schedule that takes into account all relevant factors. Once we have assessed your project in detail, we will be able to provide you with a clear estimate of the time frame involved.

Recently, our typical timelines for fully custom primary bathrooms have been ranging between 8-12 weeks. Less extensive bathrooms, such as a simple hallway bath facelift, take about 6 weeks. Kitchen renovations start at about 6 weeks for a basic refresh and can range up to 12 weeks if there are major layout and/or structural changes.
